Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, and having a bathroom with both a bath and a shower was a great convenience. The hotel is perfect for various events, from large plenary sessions to smaller breakout and workshop spaces. While the hotel may lack some extravagance compared to high-end options, it provides more than a basic travel lodge experience. One downside was the disturbance from loud wedding reception music heard in my room, which seemed out of place for the otherwise cozy atmosphere.
Our stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were excellent, but clearer instructions on using the heating/air conditioning would have been helpful. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Gabrielle and Luke. The location was great for leisurely walks and had beautiful views. The dining experience was a mix of lovely and needing improvement. The spa facilities were fantastic. Price was a bit on the higher side, but the value was there.
The hotel offers a cozy and intimate experience with private hydro pools in the rooms, ideal for special occasions. The rooms were very cozy, featuring hot tubs; however, the temperature was a bit too warm even when adjusting the thermostat.
